I know I usually space these out but i made them to go together in a book side by side, so I decided to just post them both now.... the pictures used for the layouts are from when Ashleigh and her parents got to go to the state fair....its her first and she had a blast.... Here's my third qp/layout using April's CowboysNIndians kit...it really is a great kit that can be used for boys or girls...this one I used both Ashleigh and Conner's pictures from a festiville in town where they got to ride ponies... get the qp here and come back tomorrow the my last two pages from this kit....

Been Busy

Sorry i haven't posted in a few days. I have been busy working on gifts to order from Artscow (a really neat online place where you can make ALL kinds of cool photo gifts). I was working on calendars to give my family using pictures and dates from each individual family.... took a while because for some reason my computer kept freezing up and frustrating me to the max... I had meant to post these qp's i made using April's CowboysNIndians kit that i made last week, but like i said i got frustrated and didn't get to it....so here is the first qp/layout i made , i think it would be great for a girl who may not be into cowboys and indians like a little boy may be , but still i thought it turned out pretty.....don't worry i made a little boy one for Conner too, but that's tomorrow's post..enjoy, and don't forget to go by April's to check out her stuff and if you get a chance go by Artscow and check them out too...( its free to register and you get cool free stuff to start out with, just pay shipping)...

Holiday Baking

Have you guys gotten your recipes out yet...April is doing something really cool. If you buy her holiday baking kit and make a recipe card using her kit and send it in to her, she will send you back a link with all the recipes that she recieves...cool huh, i soo love to find new recipes be it from other people or more books ( i have soooo many) .Well here is my first contribution...peanut butter fudge. My mother used to make this every holiday season and now it's my turn...i even have the girls at work wanting my recipe.. Well i finally got some time on the computer today, and as promised here is my first qp/layout using April's HollowsEve kit....qp here.... i used Conner's picture from when we were getting ready to go trick-or-treating ...i love his mischievous grin.

Happy Halloween

I know I'm late, and i was actually going to showoff some pages i did using April's HollowsEve kit...but i got the weekend off and we went to my dad's and the grandkids come with and while i was trying to squeeze in some computer time , they had to see what i was doing and one thing lead to another and they wanted to do their own pages so i couldn't resist showing off the future generation of scrapping ... the first page is from my grandson Conner who is 3... he didn't want to use actual pics from Halloween so he put the witch in the frame....he also came up with his own text???? athe second layout is from my 5 year old Ashleigh.... she designed the whole thing....can't wait till we get home so i can print them out for them.... will try and get MY pages on tomorrow...
